Open your utility accounts prior to moving in,
you may be charged back for services if the owner incurs costs after your lease start date

Renters Insurance:
The Landlord is not responsible for loss or damages
affecting your personal property or visitors'. 


For just a few extra bucks a month, 
you can add renter's insurance to your car insurance policy.

Your lease REQUIRES you to obtain Renters Insurance and to provide a copy of your policy to your landlord.

Helpful Hints:

Return keys & remotes, you will be charged
daily rent until possession is returned. 

Calculate prorated rent - divide monthly rent by 30, and multiply by number of days you will be there.
